This is part one of one of the most glorious weekends of my life. Lex and Rodney flew me to Maine to capture their pre-wedding festivities - I was floored to say the least. My husband, Stephen, came with me and we turned it into a one year anniversary trip with Lex and Rodney's day in the middle! They are beautiful people with wonderful friends who came near and far to celebrate with them - East Coast, West Coast and everything in between. As a thank you to their bridal party for coming to Maine to be a part of their special day, Lex and Rodney took everyone on a sailing tour for the afternoon as their bridal party gifts. What a good idea! For those of you planning and looking for an alternative to jewelry or flasks for your party, an activity to start the weekend off right is a GREAT alternative.
It was an awesome, sunny day which are supposedly rare in Boothbay Harbor, but they could've fooled me! The sun was out and everything just sparkled. I had a blast with this group.
